Prior to founding Oliverworks, Faith served as Vice President and Executive Officer for E Ink Corporation, a spin-off of the MIT Media Lab. At E Ink, the recognized world leader in electronic paper, she was charged with mapping organizational and human resource strategies to keep pace with the dynamic business needs of the company. She oversaw the development of comprehensive human resource systems and processes for this emerging company in a highly competitive business sector.
Previously, Faith served as Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. She managed organizational development, faculty planning, labor and employee relations, employment and training. She also served at Harvard as an internal consultant to address some of its most challenging faculty and staff management issues.
Faith earned a Master of Arts degree from Michigan State University in Human Development, Psychology, and Family Studies; a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in Child Development and Education; a certificate of Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and is certified to employ advanced methods such as the Paper Room and the Leadership Circle Profile.
Faith is actively involved in a number of professional organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management and the International Coach Federation.
